Delivery Times
On approval of your digital preview our personalised portraits are despatched within 5 working days and we advise date via e-mail.
Our digital artist will keep you informed with your order.
Returns Policy
As our portraits are bespoke items, any items that are delivered as described and are in good condition may not be refunded. Damaged items will be exchanged free of charge. We reserve the right to charge for re-posting returned bespoke items that have been especially produced to meet your personal requirements. Any refunds that fall outside of this criteria must be requested via e-mail or phone within 30 days of purchase.
Damages
Full refunds or exhanges will be made for any items lost or damaged during transit. To qualify please keep all packaging and/or artwork as delivered and notify us within 24 hours of the item arriving.
Previews
We offer a no obligation free preview. All previews are low resolution with the words 'preview' written across them in semi transparent text. The customer can request changes to their portrait after receiving their initial proof.
If you decide to change your photo after you receive your no obligation preview then we ask for a £20 payment to create another preview.
We are happy to make any changes to your original no obligation preview at no extra charge.
The visuals on the proof are not binding. No liability will be accepted for any variations of colour or finish when printed.

You should be aware that the colours and appearances of images may vary from the way they appear on screen. The images and designs used on the Canvas Funk website are the property of Canvas Funk and their respective copyright owners. Images you upload and are transformed into our pop art styles may be used on our website and in occasional advertising.
